Welcome to MyWalletCash. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyWalletCash web application and mobile application (collectively, the "Service") operated by MyWalletCash ("we," "us," or "our").

MyWalletCash is a personal finance tracking tool that allows you to manually record income and expenses, categorize transactions, manage payment methods, and view financial reports.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when entering financial data
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Not use the Service for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

4. Financial Disclaimer

MyWalletCash is a personal tracking tool only. It is not a financial advisor, accounting software, tax preparation tool, or banking service.

• We do not connect to any banks, credit cards, or financial institutions
• All data is entered manually by you and may not reflect actual bank balances
• We do not provide financial advice, tax guidance, or investment recommendations
• You should not rely solely on MyWalletCash for financial decisions

We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on data displayed in the Service.

5. User Data & Content

You retain full ownership of all data and content you enter into MyWalletCash, including income records, expense records, categories, notes, and any other information.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will never use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service.

6. Currency & Localization

MyWalletCash supports multiple currencies for display and tracking purposes. Currency selection is for labeling only — the Service does not perform currency conversion, exchange rate calculations, or any real-time financial operations.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available at all times. However:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
